This is a rework of the professions interface (including things like cooking, first aid, etc) and it makes it so much easier to tell what's going on, especially if you're into inscription. It lets you know what all you can build, what will give you a level (as well as filter out gray recipes), let you keep notes of what you need with a shopping list, and a whole lot more. I've only used it the one night, but already it's a fantastic improvement.
Edit: This is a screenshot from the older version from 2008, so it's just a tiny bit different, but it gives a good idea of what's all there.
